- The name and phone number of the agent or person involved.
- What happened, and any money you were asked to pay or have already paid.
- Screenshots, receipts and chat messages.
Report a scam
Saw a fake listing, a suspicious agent or a payment request that does not feel right? Tell us and we will investigate.
What happens next
Our team reviews every report. Where we confirm a problem we flag or remove the listing and act against the agent, so that other house hunters are protected.
If you have already paid
Contact your bank straight away to try to stop or recall the payment, and report the matter to the Nigeria Police Force or the relevant fraud-reporting authority. Share the details with us as well so we can help where we can.
